Is it really necessary?
TWO major things that happened last week which affected me slightly more
1. asked to cut no.1 for a man in my section fails to pass the hair check. i FAILED to ensure when all i could do was do ask him cut hair. what was i suppose to do??? drag him to a barber? i also cant give our punishment on my own wat... it haven't been practiced all along... so i gt no fucking power to do anything! GRRRR Fucked up officer
2. ask to draw out the whole map of our base and point out EVERY single fire hydrant in our base which happens to be more than a few hundred. .... fucked up officer
JUST FYI - same officer.
Seriously these NSF officers ah... why do you want to make other NSF's life so miserable. Just a word and you can crea8 so much trouble fer other ppl. Do u enjoy it? i bet. Of course there's still plenty of good ones around i hope you guys wont turn into them in any time soon.
My first week as an ic for my QRF team.
Well, from planning to teaching to scolding to punishing. I wouldn't say its an easy job but im still learning. Thank you every1 that helped me thru out. special thanks to JO, ZZ, Mar and yan.
The OJTS- On de Job Training.
Its really very tiring and boring to repeat and teach the ojts the same stuffs over n over again, thumbs up to all the educators. Good thing I have the Up HE FAN n my 2ic aiding me in the teaching which significantly lessen my load. =)
First time in my life i had brought so much suffering upon another fully evolved homosapien. I feel kinda bad at first, but after seeing what other instructors and of course some kaypos tekan-ing them, i feel much better, haha. At least i dun pump them for anything, only their mistakes. From push ups to crunches to half squat to run here run there like dogs. I always think our ojt period we are treated like the lowest being on Earth. Every batch says it is necessary so that they will know the right attitude when they join the platoons. Well. every batch has been through it,But I am still waiting for the fruits of our labour. Hope we will get more of the better people to our platoon this time.
This duty cycle seems so long i think i forgot how to drive already.. haha.. only barely slept 3 hours last night... super shagged nw, think i gonna sleep early tonight. SWIMMING TMR! =)))
